Julian comes from an engineering background. He trained on early mainframe computers and has kept the pace as the industry and technology has developed. Logic and lateral thinking enable him to master the skills required to continue software development, as well as sourcing and successfully implementing solutions for clients to enhance their business.

Cherry studied Business Administration at Bath University and has collected various other vendor qualifications during her time at Microsolv including Microsoft, Sage, VMware, Fujitsu and many more. Cherry is often described as the go-to person at Microsolv as she oversees the running of the company and can be depended on to answer queries or find the best person to answer the question for you. 

Having spent his career in roles from Senior Engineer, Technical Director, to IT Director, Mark has great experience of working within all the roles, and knowing what clients need, and he really enjoys visiting and building relationships with Microsolv clients. Tasks can vary from simple system design to complete site rollout. He has various vendor based qualifications (Ruckus, Storagecraft) and is a WiSe qualified engineer.

Ion has a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Computer Science and Information Technology, also CCNA in routing and switching. With numerous skills, such as networking, virtualisation, Microsoft and Apple technology/software Ion enjoys putting the pieces together when something goes wrong; from cause to resolution.

Neil has a background in networking, systems infrastructure and design. He joined us from the Events industry so he is used to working under pressure and delivering results quickly. He has excellent customer service skills and is keen to tackle any problem!

Jake studied IT at college and completed a Level 2 Diploma in ‘System Support’ and a Level 3 Diploma in ‘Networking’. During his time at Microsolv Jake has completed his IT Apprenticeship. Jake is super keen and really enjoys working as part of a team learning from the other engineers. He is looking forward to extending his hands on experience and continuing to gain extensive knowledge of all things IT!

Charles has spent over a decade as an IT Professional. He has experience with software support, data centres, printer solutions, and customer support.

Bao has recently joined the team as an apprentice.
